The sale of the Cincinnati Southern Railway is perhaps the biggest single-fraud-event ever in American history.
The story of how the people of Cincinnati were mislead into selling a $10+billion railway for only $1.6 billion has yet to be fully known and understood.
I tried to stop it personally with a legal filing in Hamilton County court in February 2024. That filing tells the story of this extraordinary railway, its role in the history of Cincinnati and the fraud that has been perpetrated against the people of Cincinnati.
